She began her acting career as a child in television and went on to achieve widespread acclaim for her role as Jamie Buchman in the sitcom "Mad About You," for which she won four Emmy Awards. Hunt also earned an Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film "As Good as It Gets" (1997).
